Prerequisites

This course is designed for experienced instructors. Please ensure you meet the prerequisites below before booking.

  • Instructor

    You are an active indoor cycling instructor and hold a recognised entry-level indoor cycling instructor certificate.

  • Session Design Ability

    You are confident designing structured, aim-based sessions with clear objectives, appropriate intensity, and purposeful progression.

  • Coaching Application

    You are already applying training principles in your sessions, not simply riding to a playlist or following unstructured profiles.

  • Not quite there yet?

    If you’re not there yet, start with our Instructor Upgrade course to reach ICI standard and become eligible for full ICI membership. If you’re new to instructing, begin with our Indoor Cycling Instructor course.
